Costs

We offer Free Shipping to New Zealand and Australia on all products!
For orders outside those areas we keep the delivery charges as low as possible.
Delivery for orders $0 to $99 is $40
Delivery for orders $100 to $199 is $50
Delivery for orders $200 to $299 is $60
Delivery for orders over $300 is $70
All prices above are NZ$.

International deliveries are shipped via New Zealand Post. Express option available (see below).
New Zealand deliveries are shipped via New Zealand Post or a courier company.

Timeframes

All standard Dryline waders are dispatched within 1 - 5 working days.
All CustomFit Dryline neoprene waders are dispatched within 10 - 15 working days.
All Dryline Breathable waders are dispatched within 15 - 20 working days.
All Wetlander products are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

Due to varying demand for seasonal products or sale items there may be occasional delays in dispatch due to products selling out as we are in the process manufacturing more. We will always keep you fully informed of what stage your purchase is at.

Standard Delivery We cannot advise of the exact timing of the delivery date due to the number of variables, but typically internationally they are delivered within 2 weeks (often sooner). Wherever applicable we will inform you of the tracking number of your package.
New Zealand deliveries are made in 1 - 3 days. Rural delivery may take a little longer.

International Express Courier We offer an express delivery service, international orders shipping is 1 - 5 working days. If you select this option when making your purchase we will also make your order a priority for manufacture. Additional delivery charges apply - select this option from your shopping cart.

Where's my order? If your order hasn't arrived and you expect it would have by now, simply send us an email with your order number and any other necessary details and we will immediately follow this up for you.
Please follow this process in the unlikely event you have received the wrong or damaged product.
