All DryLINE neoprene and breathable waders have a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship.
We use Xtreme neoprene for our neoprene waders and this has an additional 12-month Rip 'n Tear Warranty which covers any holes (unintentional or intentional) that you may get in your waders in the first 12 months of owning them. We also offer a one year warranty on materials. We stand by our products and in the rare occasions where materials fail through no fault of your own - even after 12 months - we will replace or repair under warranty (as long as the damage is not intentional, nor the waders at the end of their usable life). We hope that you will be more than happy with your waderstore.com purchase. However, if you have purchased a standard (non-custom) item we are happy to exchange or refund if you are not totally satisfied. Simply notify us within 5 days of delivery and send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging, and with a copy of the invoice from Dryline Limited and we will replace it for you! If you are not happy with your purchase of a custom made item please contact us to discuss options so we can resolve any issues, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn, unused and in the same condition as when they arrived, and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit. It must include any instructions, and all accessories, and any labels must still be attached. Post and packaging costs are non refundable unless goods are faulty when received. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please make sure you retain proof of postage. In the unlikely event an item is faulty, please contact us and we will make arrangements for repair/replacement. We may require the item be returned to us. Should this be the case all postage costs will be reimbursed. |
